no p60,what instead

Wife is seeking Income supplement and needs p60 from 2011 but she was made redundant in October 2011 and started a new job Jan 2012, she received no P60
Should she have been given a P60 from last employer for 2011, she got RP50 but that only states her redundancy,
is there anything else she can give to state earnings in 2011,

She wouldnt have been given a P60 for 2011 as she was made redundant in October 2011. She would have received a P45 from her employer when she was made redundant this would have stated her total earnings in 2011.
