No confidence in Management Company- what to do?

The elected directors of our management company have unilaterally reversed the decisions voted on and ratified at our last AGM without any reference to the shareholders.

As members we are considering calling an EGM to ask the directors to account for their actions and to explain the processes that they followed, in a transparent manner, when making these decisions.

The mosts likely outcome is a vote of no confidence in the directors and a call for replacing the directors.

Does anyone know can a member call an EGM? can the directors oppose this? and where can I find more information (other than AAM) in relation to the ins and outs of Management Company proceedures.
