Massive congratulations to Tyrone's Nick Griggs who at 19, won an individual U-23 European Cross Country silver medal in Turkey yesterday.
An astonishing series of performances from the young man who has won 4 European medals including team gold with Ireland. He has competed at Under-19, Under-22 twice, and now at Under-23, medalling every time he competed in the under-age competitions.
The future looks bright for him and Irish athletics. Well done young man, proud to see you in that green singlet on the podium again.
