ANyone got any suggestions? Looking for somwhere calm in general with maybe a bit of a pub scene at night not a benidorm/family style place. I would be very grateful,
Just back from five days in Seville, absolutely gorgeous, really authentic Spain, great weather all year round. Lots of great sightseeing and beautiful cathedral. Would second Tarragona as well. Was there last Sept, beautiful,and you have the advantage of being so close to Barcelona as well.
Unless you're VERY lucky, the end of October is not likely to be hot enough to sunbathe in in Spain. You might be better off looking at the Canaries. The Costa Adeje/Fanabe part of Tenerife is nice, but avoid Playa de las Americas like the plague!
