NIB rate rise

From August 1, trackers to rise by 0.4%.
NIB will honour applications received by August 1 on the old rates so get your skates on if you are thinking of moving.

Hi

I have an application in with NIB at the moment, however it is approved pending sale of my house, the house is sale agreed but still waiting on the buyer to sign will I still be guananteed the original rate, which was given when i applied. Thanks

NIB said it would honour applications at the current lower rates until August 1, giving homeowners two weeks to move. It also said it would honour offers made in the next fortnight at the lower rate for up to three months.
