Y yop Registered User Messages 403 6 Nov 2008 #1 Guys Any one have an offset mortgage with NIB. Got a letter from them today with details of an increase in our payments!!!! Gone up from 5.59% to 5.65%!! How the hell are they doing this???? Any opinion would be of benefit. Thank you
