Newtown Hall - Maynooth

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone bought in Newtown Hall and what they think of the estate?
Also, what's the walk like from there to the train station? Is it possible to get down to the canal walk, or do you have to follow the roads? How long does the walk take?

Yer we bought last year and love it.

Takes about 15 minutes to walk from the far end of Newtown Hall to the Train Station (I'm a quick walker though!), best to follow the roads, I'm not aware of any way onto the canal from the estate, but I may be wrong.

I'd be interested to know how much they are now. I came across a March 2008 price list while clearing out yesterday.
