I am considering buying a house in the Castleview area of Newcastle West. Any particular good/bad points anyone can mention?

Have you searched the property investment forum for "NCW" and "Newcastle West"? Im sure this topic was discussed here some a short while back.

If this is an investment question perhaps it would be better posted in the property investment section?
