My husband have been looking around for a nice place to live next to the sea, which is within commuting distance of an area where we can work/socialise/have good schools.
We were looking at Kilcoole in Wicklow, but visited Newcastle last weekend and it seemed really nice, quieter and a short distance from the sea.
Does anyone know what this are is like to live in?
Good estates/places to avoid?
Any concerns?
Open to outsiders?
Good schools?
Any other comments?
Any other similar nice villages in that area?
