I'm interested in buying an apartment in manhatten new york for investment purposes and have just come back from an inspection trip.

Has anyone any personal recommendations for a good real estate lawyer and tax advisor/accountant in new york

I'm resident in Ireland for tax purposes.

Also has anyone prior experience of purchasing in new york and advice ref possible pitfalls.
