Does anyone know of a tour-type operator to New York? I want to send my parents there for dad's 65th but having been twice myself I know they may be overwhelmed by the Midtown madness.
They've travelled in Europe with the Travel Department on a few occasions and love the trips. The company does feature NY, but only a three-night trip and there's no tours as such.
Booking flights and accomodation myself is no problem, but I know they would prefer to be 'shown around' as opposed to battling the subway themselves (and I can't afford to go with them!)

Maybe send them to Boston instead if you think Ny will be a bit mad for them.

I think they'd love NY though. Boston is lovely, but it doesn't have the same sights or buzz about it.
Mum's mad to see the Empire State Building too!
