New year break in ireland

Has anyone found a hotel where one can sit by a large open fire (a real one), after a long walk on a beach (within meters of the hotel). Sleep in a old worlde style bedroom having had an evening of good food (love steaks) and maybe a pint of guinness.

It doesn't matter where the location is. If the fire, the beach and the steaks are good - The rest is imagination.

I spend a few days after Christmas here - www.irelands-blue-book.ie/newyearoffers-cashel-house.html - one year with some family members. It sounds like it could fit the bill. I cannot comment on the steak though as am not a red meat eater.
What about Markery castle in Sligo they have fab open fires and the beech would only be about 8 -10 miles away.

Try Ghan House in Carlingford - a lovely old house in the centre of Carlingford, with nice steak....
