new window cracked

We got all the windows in the house changed with the ssia.

I don't know when it happened exactly, but after about about a week I noticed that the window in the babies room was cracked. It ran straight across it and has since traveled up and down the window.

I contacted the window people in Cork who put it in, but I couldn't say if there was a crack in it when it went in. I didn't check them. Not something I expected to happen.
Anyway they won't fix it.

Is there anything I can do??

I get them to fix it. It shouldn't but it does happen during fitting.
A small crack then develops into a much larger crack.

It could have been set too tight (not sure the technical term for it).
That happened to me and during the first cleaning it broke and after a bit of convincing that nothing more than a gentle rub was peformed I got it replaced.

Definetley put pressure on your window supplier to replace. Happened me as well, window supplier fitter said that the crack I had probably developed from a small hairline crack at the frame and then developed with heat from the sun - they said they'd replace window pane for me.
