It's not that terribly offensive (I watched about half of it, and I admit to a few chuckles).
I would say that most Catholics accept, at some level, that being mocked for their religion is par for the course. It sure beats being thrown to the lions.
If the author is a principled and ethical atheist, we can presumably look forward to similar videos with footage mocking Jews as they stuff pieces of paper into a wall and footage mocking Muslims as they congregate for an oul' chant in Mecca........ Or perhaps the atheists who published this follow the 'principle' that in choosing which beliefs to mock, they should be guided not by any objectively assessed quality of the beliefs but by the characteristics of the believers.
