I had a first floor concrete bathroom tiled recently but there is a slight leak from where the water enters the pan via the white pipe from the toilet cistern each time after a flush. I checkd it out and I presume because the tiles are slightly different (not much) but quite clearly may be a different height etc. the seal is not doing its job. It is not a major leak but I was wondering could I put some silicone around it to stop it or would I be best to call back the tiler to dismantle the loo again and do a proper job on it.

Thanks

Some silicone will do the job, and the better quality sanitary silicone would be best. If you could remove the white pipe slightly, then apply the bead of silicone and push it back in firmly you should get a good joint.
