Just received a new tax cert for an employee in which his tax credits have increased. It says the Cert Start dated is 23/02/07, he is paid monthly and has been paid for February. Do I pay him on a week 1/month 1 basis until the end of the year because the cert starts in Feb and not the start of the year??
