Does anyone know what the market is like in New Ross, is it a buyers or sellers?
Is there alot of new supply? There is 91 properties for sale on daft and 42 on myhome, seems like a lot.
Has New Ross seen much capital appreciation in the last few years?
new ross is experiencing good appreciation at the moment as people are communting from there to wexford, waterford & kilkenny due to high property prices in those areas. Lots of expansion re building & docklands going on in the surrounding areas, so New Ross should be a fairly safe bet..

What are you thinking about doing in the town re property? By the way there are numerous properties on Daft that have a New Ross address but are , as a matter of fact, miles away from the town itself : eg Dunmain, Fethard on sea, Ramsgrange and Ballycullane are all between ten and twenty miles from New Ross but they come under the postal address of New Ross.
