New or Second Hand Tyres

Just wondering would anyone know of somewhere that I'd be able to get tyres for me car. The size of the tyres are 165/65/r14.

Unce heard of fellow approx 4 years ago, that was importing second hand tyres, after a claim for fitting a faulty tyre he had to close down, so in this day and age I wouldnt think that thare would be anyone fitting seconds as it would be a bit dangerous for them and for the public,
