Has anybody information on the new NTL €2 per bill charge? Apparently from April 1st, NTL will charge an extra €2 per bill for customers who refuse premit Direct Debit payments. I called NTL and apparently the charge amounts to admin costs?!!! How each transaction costs €2, I do not know and it is abviously a total lie to extort more money from their customers.
If there was competition, NTL would not be able to do this. Sky satellite dishes do not constitute competition in my opinion.
