I recently opened an Ltd company with a Spanish friend (he is the executive director, secretary,and only share holder) I'm the other director but wont be working until I leave my day job. I'm on a student visa that allows me to work part time. when I leave my job and start those 20 hours/weeks with my company, does it matter that I'm doing it as a Director?
