New Job - coaching "first 100 days"

Hi there, a friend of mine is starting a new job. It is a management role. George Hook had a guy on a few weeks ago, and he ran a company that coached people in how to get a good footing in the first hundred days in the new job.

I have done some web searches and I cant seem to find the company I am looking for. Would anyone know or recommended companies that offer such a service?

Hi - have you tried emailing / ringing the show looking for this info? They should have the info at hand... or might even be in a podcast (not too sure if Hook's show is on podcast or not)...

Today someone sent me a link to the first chapter of a book by Harvard Business School called "The first 90 days - critical success strategies for new leaders at all levels." Might have a few pointers.
