I have moved jobs and we see a house that we would like to buy. I may need a 2 or 3 year loan of 50/60k to bridge the gap in my savings. Are there any options being fresh in a new job?
*Are there still guarantor options available for a personal loan?
*Would I get a mortgage of that amount against a 300k house?
My job is a little over 70k/year and my partner has some income too.
