i really don't get what the point of this is?! unless you live on mars, i think we all know this stuff already and it is inevitable what is going to happen.
i was visiting my home place in longford last weekend whilst checking a few things on our new build over there.
i really dont know how many hundreds maybe even thousands of houses are unsold, particularly the big new developments and they have only just started the carriglass development which i think there is going to be 400 houses or thereabouts with a hotel, golf course etc. i hear they are intending to sell houses on the fairway for over a million ! good luck to them i say ! also, several construction workers have been laid off as the work starts to dry up.

lorna is it true some of the new builds in londford are offering cars as an incentive and 6 months mortgage paid? someone in work mentioned it because they know someone building a load of houses that they can't shift and that they dont have the incentives other builders down there are offering?
