Hi would like to know if anyone has any information on the new housing estate in Balrothery, North County Dublin. Are the houses private, affordable or social? Also does anyone know when construction will be completed as there are still fences up around the estate and there is no sign of life in there yet. It seems to be that way for a long time. Thanx.
