New House Design

after submitting plans & addtional info - my planner has been told that the house plans will have to be totally changed to meet the Coral rural development plan. Is there anywhere online I could find house plans to match these criteria. very frustrated at this stage!

I assume you mean the Cork Rural Housing Design Guidelines?

There are one or two designs included in the book itself (though small) which you could use.
