we are near to closing a new house purchase. The builder allowed a certain amount for tiling and we asked the tiler to do the extra bits. Just had a look this evening. The main bathroom is fully tiled, but floor and wall tiles do not line up - not even close - and I presume they should. I'm pretty sure the builder will disown any responsibility, but is it reasonable to ask the tiler to retile the floor in line with the walls seeing as I hadn't specified in the beginning. looks like grouting is planned for tomorrow. any advice?
