Hi there, I've been hearing ads on the radio about the importance of having a good insulation rating on new houses built since Jan 1 2007.
Where can one get more info on this, unfortunately my brain did not absorb the web address given out during the ad.
we paid a deposit, signed contracts etc during 2006 for our new house but for various reasons it is still not handed over. For the purposes of these new insulation requirements, is the builder still liable for handing over the house and meeting these new ratings or does the house count as being build prior to Jan 1 2007?
