New haven, Balbriggan

Hi, thinking of buying in the area, any information would be greatly appreciated

we looked at that area some three years back. Lovely place, new road, train line, sea...
However, what put us off was far too many residential properties built (overcrowding), lack of schools and facilities in the immediate vicinity, etc.
But sure, isn't it the same in many suburbs around Dublin?
We have noticed though, that during the current price fall properties in that area hold their price somewhat better than in the other comparable suburbs (IMO)
