I wonder now if it's a bit unwieldy?

We could probably use prefixes to help sort the threads?

planning/legal
building
Other

Or we could have two separate forums?
Finance, tax, legal and planning

Such useful documents raise the Google ranking of the forum and askaboutmoney generally. There are self-builders out there who have not heard of askaboutmoney who will be astonished when they land in this forum - and find your FAQ answering all their questions.
