Looking at buying a new Ford Focus Zetec 1.6. Am totally bamboozled by all this talk about COs emissions and revised VRT rates. Can anybody tell me if there would be a huge saving to be had to justify holding out until after July to purchase it given that my own trade in car will lose a certain amount of value in that period also.
