I know of Meadowvale and Cluain Ard in Arklow, are there any other new developments due to be launched in this area in the next 6 months or so that anyone is aware of?
 
Check out the thread "Moving to Arklow" - seems like there will be no new developments in Arklow for a while.
 
Try Pat O Neill,( o neill and Flanagan) Aughrim estate agent
and the Wicklow People out Thursdays

also Derrybawn in aughrim, 2,3,4,5 bedroom( 44 houses)

150 houses in various site over next 3-4 years

mind u its also the Foxrock of Wicklow regarding house prices!( TG)

Are you living there? Sounds as if there will be a huge influx of people in the next few years, can the amenities cope? Are there enough schools?

How long does it take to drive to the M50 at Loughlinstown?
