Thanks for that - I work on the semi-state sector, came from the private sector. I'm aghast at how prevalent it is there..... needless to say, I've been xperienced it myself, although the perpetrator thought it was his way of dealing with people, and not bullying, in that case. Silly me. Still complained him though.... when someone threatens me repeatedly with my job for something as trivial as missing ameeting, I think that's a reasonable bullying case.....
