New built in wardrobes wanted/cover entrance to ensuite

Hi

In my bedroom, there is a wall that a door at each end of it. One to go out into the hall and the other into an ensuite. I would love to put built in wardrobes on the wall but cover the ensuite door with the wardrobes too. Has anyone done this? If so, could you recommend a supplier/designer/joiner who could do this?

No other wall in the room is suitable for wardrobes unfortunately and while we have been using a spare room as a wardrobe, it is a bit of a pain.

I saw this done in a home makeover show, where you opened one of the wardrobe doors and it revealed the entrance to the en-suite. It looked great. I would suspect that any wardrobe company could do it for you, just ring around for a few quotes.

seen it done on one of the neville knott shows on rte one lately, hav u considered a sliding door wardrobes either.

I would have thought that sliding doors need tracks top and bottom and thus would not be suitable for the purpose stated.

Sliding doors in my relations house are hung inside a pelmet type thing allowing a music room behind them to be hidden. Some links I found are

Just think sliding doors give more floor space as no need for opening out wardrobe doors.
