Hi - i'm in the process of upgrading from my first house. Have a had a look around and saw a site for sale with full planning permission to build a 3 bed detached house in Sandyford, Dublin.
Just by way of pure curiousity how much would you think it would cost to build a decent quality 3 bed, 2 storey, detached house and the time involved to build (if there were no delays - not realistic but just want ball park ideas to see if it would be worth while persuing)?
