new build-what order do we do things?

We're currently waiting on a new house that's being built and just wondering what order should we do things once it's ready.

What we were thinking was:tiling kitchen and hall downstairs, install kitchen appliances, then tile bathrooms upstairs, install all furniture upstairs, lay carpet upstairs and landing, lay laminate floors in living room, install downstairs furniture

Does that sound right or does anyone have any alternatives?

I would say to seal the concrete floors first.

Then carpet upstairs and furnish the main bedroom first.

Then tackle the kitchen as you need to eat.

Anything else in whatever order you can get done.
