New Build Kitchen & Bathrooms Budapest

Can anyone tell me whether new build apartments in Budapest come with a fitted kitchen and bathroom as the norm?

I believed that all new build apartments came with a basic kitchen and bathroom, but that the buyer would have the option to upgrade on this. However, I am now being told that I may have to pay for the full kitchen and bathroom.

If I do have to pay, could anyone tell me what kind of price I could expect to pay on average for a kitchen and a bathroom, the property is a relatively small 1 bedroomed apartment.

I've never had to pay for a bathroom, but yes for the fitted kitchen.
Cost was about €8-900

That sounds pretty reasonable, can you suggest any budapest kitchen suppliers that I could try? I have been advised that the apartment does come with fitted bathroom, toilet, sink etc so the only thing i will need is a shower - are you able to advise on this at all?
