An age since I’ve bought a new build but interested in house in a brand new development just gone on sale. I could manage to afford the list price plus stamp duty and related fees etc, but not if I’m facing an additional 13.5% Vat on top of that too! Or are builders/agents obligated to price Vat inclusive?
