New apartment not finished - options? (was Re: Posting Guidelines for this Forum)

can anyone advise me. i paid a deposit for an Apartment in January "2006 and it was due for completion in Feb 2007 to date it is not completed. Is there anything i can do. The contract mentions completion within 18 months of signing contract. What are my options

You need to talk to your solicitor to discuss the terms of the contract that you signed.
