My husband is employed in a company through a recruitment agency.
I saw on the news the other day that there is a new law coming re getting the same pay/rights etc.
Has this come into effect? If not when is it due to?
The agency emailed him 3 days ago to say they would change his pay if and when law comes into effect???? I thought it had?
