Netflix shares have two tickers

Hi,

I am new to investing and am interested in buying a small number of shares of netflix through my interactive brokers account. But I see netflix stock is listed on two different exchanges with two different tickers: NFC quoted in euro on a german exchange and NFLX quoted in usd on the NASDAQ


I presume I should buy the one quoted in euro but is there any reason why not? Does anyone know if there are any tax implications of buying one over the other?
