Netflix issues

Hi all,

Just a query regarding Netflix.
Set it up yesterday on the WII using the option of the email sign up as oppossed to the Facebook option. Working perfect for the kids.
However, when I try to watch it on the laptop (using Windows 7) it shuts down my browser. Have tried many times last night amd am at my wits end.
Anyone any suggestions???

I believe they use a Silverlight to play the stream - so perhaps make sure your version is installed cleanly and updated ?

Try it in a few browsers as well (you dont say which one you're using), and update silverlight as suggested.

Skygo was crashing my browser (Chrome) on Saturday and upgrading to the latest silverlight plugin solved the issue.
