Nespresso and bottled water

Anyone confirm that bottled water makes the most delicious coffee in a nespresso machine - is it ok to put it in the nespresso machine - I dont want to ask Nespresso themselves as the will certainly say not to use bottled water - after all, -they have their tap/hard water cleaning product to sell. I wonder if anyone uses the bottled water - and if so ,is the machine performing fine with its use?
ps - I notice that the Phillips Senseo machine for example, advises against using mineral water in their machine in the instructions ! They dont say why though - anyone know I wonder?

Not a great idea - because of the *mineral* content ...... presumably most mineral water is 'hard' water so you will prob just fur up the machine.

Plus its expensive and environmentally very bad

I would use filter water if anything.

But tap water should be fine
