Need advice for friend starting work in Nenagh. Does anyone know of any nice estates in the town (max budget is e320000) What of the surrounding areas (up to 7 miles)?

Don't know about nice estates but the three bogey estates are:
Cormac Drive
St. Josephs Park
Shamrock Court

Avoid and you'll halfway towards finding a nice estate
