Neighbours roof repair causing a leak in my house

I live in a terrace of three houses. It was originally an old large house which was divided into three modest houses. Recently, my next door neighbour had her roof re-tiled. I was away for a couple of weeks while this was going on. I recently found a leak right where our two houses meet. It turns out that the lead was removed from my section of the roof which has caused the leak.
I have spoken to my neighbour and they just act dumb and say it couldn't have been them. I don't know what builder they used for the job.

What course of action might I have. Is it technically criminal damage by the builder?
 
Possibly your best move would be to contact your Insurer, explain in the initial call the outline details, their Acessor will look into the cause and who is liable
