They rang to see would I stay on and I said I'd get a better rate with KBC. So after a few minutes tallking to his boss, the nice chap offered me a rate of 3.52 for 6 months, just below KBC's rate so I took it, to save the hassle of moving
So a bit of negotiating goes a long way in the current market!
