Negative equity in a pyrite estate

Mortgage outstanding 150,000 euros
House possibly could sell for 75,000 euros
I'm sick and tired paying a mortage on my own just about barely scraping out any sort of a living, has anyone any advice on how I can rectify this problem, I doubt if anyone would buy the property because of the pyrite issue! Should I just hand it back to the banks and pay off the outstanding debt?

Where are you going to live if you sell the house? And how much is that going to cost versus the mortgage over say 20 years?
