My brother is on the ferry to Holyhead tonight. He's arriving at 12.10 midnight. He needs to get to Heathrow for 9 tomorrow. I've tried carhire companies and trains. None seem to be available or going in time. Any tips, hints or previous hard won experience that could help point us in the right direction?
