Need to contact REA

Had a loan approved through REA a few weeks before they went into receivership.
Nothing in writing, the broker assured this was not necessary and that when I was ready to purchase the funds could be drawn down.
Have now tried to contact lender directly as I assumed this is how I would proceed but they have no knowledge of my application.
Cannot contact REA either by phone or e-mail.
Anybody in the same situation?
