Need someone to design house and get planning in North Cork

Hello,

We are currently seeking to build a new house in North Cork having just purchased a site there. We want a house that can be easily extended in the future when we have more cash to invest in it. Hence, the design of the house now is important for the future extension. We also need to get planning permission for this of course.

I would appreciate if people could PM me with recommendations of good architects or engineers to use for this type of work. I really have no idea of who is good or bad in this field.

Hi,

I am building in Limerick county near the Cork border. I used an architect whom I found very good and was not that more expensive than a draughtsman that does a lot of work around the Cork/limerick area. He is based in Limerick city - if you want his name, PM me.
