need small workshop in dublin

Hi Guys

Possibly the wrong place for this but if so redirect me please! I am looking for a small workshop/office in Dublin 1,2,3,4 for my startup design studio. I dont need much space, maybe 15+ square meters. The only problem is I can only afford approx €450 PM Max. Can anybody tell me where I could find these types of properties? sometimes a few pop up on Daft but they are usually no less than €700-€800. Any help would be gratefully appreciated

Will clients be visiting (does it matter if it's a kip)?

We can work with a kip as long as it is relatively secure but again we will consider anything. We would be happy enough to even put a bit of work into the right place![/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
